LATEX PAINT
Latex paint received at the HHM will be assessed a $1 per gallon fee. Completely dried latex can be disposed of with your regular garbage. The paint must be thoroughly dried-out, otherwise the refuse hauler and landfill will not accept the waste for disposal.
Mixing it with cat litter, sawdust, floor-dry or spreading the paint over cardboard or old carpet will help to dry out latex paint. Please dispose of empty dried out paint cans in the regular garbage.
